If you stop before it is used up, the remaining credit stays available for later LeanSRM subscription fees and does not expire; it is never paid out in cash. A pilot-fee refund cancels unused credit; discounts already used are not clawed back. Subscription credit never reduces or delays the full pilot-fee refund. Do you contact our suppliers?

No. LeanSRM prepares the message — recipient, subject, body, and the confirmation link — and you send it from your own mailbox. Nothing reaches a supplier unless you press send, and nothing goes out on a timer. To follow up on an overdue confirmation, prepare its link, open the reminder draft, read it, and send it yourself.

What happens after 30 days?

The pilot ends and you decide. If you continue, Core is $299/month or $2,990/year, and Scale is $499/month or $4,990/year. Founding customers — companies that paid for the pilot — pay $249/month locked for 12 months, or $2,490/year, in exchange for a case study or referral plus monthly feedback. If you continue without a pilot-fee refund, the full pilot fee you actually paid is applied to your subscription fees from your first subscription billing period onward until used up; no cash-out. A monthly or annual subscription requires your separate express agreement and then renews each month or year per the chosen billing period until cancelled before its next billing date through Paddle’s subscription-management link. If you do not subscribe, there is no recurring charge, and your data is yours to export.

What counts as an active supplier?

A supplier with at least one purchase order being monitored in LeanSRM during the billing month. It is counted once no matter how many contacts it has. A new PO is a deduplicated PO confirmed into monitoring that month — re-imports and revisions are not counted twice.

What happens if we go over a limit?

We notify you and ask before upgrading. There is no retroactive charge and no sudden stop of existing PO monitoring. Plan allowances are reviewed manually; LeanSRM does not currently meter usage or send automatic limit alerts.

Is the 14-day trial part of the refund guarantee?

No. The trial is free and needs no credit card, so there is no pilot fee to refund. The detection guarantee covers the 30-day paid pilot. Refund and cancellation rules for the pilot and subscriptions are in our Refund Policy.

How the sequence goes

Good to know

  • Your suppliers never pay and need no account to open a confirmation link.
  • Annual billing is 10 months’ price — two months free — on Core and Scale.
  • An active supplier is a supplier with at least one PO being monitored in LeanSRM during the billing month, counted once regardless of how many contacts it has.
  • Checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Once your pilot is confirmed, payment is taken through checkout on leansrm.com. To request a pilot, email frank@leansrm.com. The $299 pilot is a one-time payment and does not automatically start a subscription. Pilot onboarding is handled personally for the first five companies.
